We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Simone Pérèle lingerie. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you may return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
